Personal Training

A more personalised approach.

Small group sessions or one-to-one personal training can offer a more personalised fitness programme to suit your goals and your lifestyle. Sessions are offered in the park or in the comfort of your own home. 


Personal training package includes:

· Face-to-face fitness sessions

· Nutrition programme to follow 

· Workouts to complete at home (dependent on goal)

· Full support and motivation from a qualified and experienced trainer


*£35 for one-to-one sessions
