A 50-minute class aimed at increasing women’s confidence and exposing women to different styles of exercise. We combine 2 styles of exercise in one class which could include: Box-Fitness, Dance-Fitness, Tone, Pilates & Balance.
All ages and all abilities are welcome! £8 PAYG.
A sociable, outdoor bootcamp for parents, babies and/or toddlers. Engage in some gentle exercise with your little ones.
Don’t worry if you need to feed, change, or just give your little ones a cuddle – we all understand and support each other.
Exercises can include bodyweight squats, lunges and a focus on increasing core strength post-pregnancy. £6 PAYG.
