High Intensity

High Intensity Interval Training: Tuesdays: 19.00-19.30

A high-intensity 30-minute workout aimed to increase your heart rate and burn as many calories as possible. Exercises can include squats, lunges, sprints and the odd burpee! There are low and high-impact options to suit all abilities. £4 PAYG or sign up to monthly classes. 

Boxercise

Boxercise: Wednesdays: 19.00-19.45

A 45-minute class using boxing gloves and pad work. Participants will work through a range of punches and sequences which will also combine increasing cardiovascular fitness and strength. £7 PAYG.

This Girl Can

This Girl Can Classes – CURRENTLY POSTPONED DUE TO MATERNITY LEAVE

 Looking to start exercising but not sure where to begin?


Nervous about trying something new?


This Girl Can Classes are taking place at Biddenham Pavilion, where getting it wrong is totally alright. If you’ve got two left feet or have never done a push up in your life, then these classes are for you.

 

This Girl Can Classes will give you the confidence to try new moves, understand different fitness class options, and even make new friends.

 

This project is funded by Sport England and the National Lottery


What classes involve

This Girl can Classes start with a warm welcome from our friendly, qualified instructor. They will explain what the class will entail that week before starting a gentle warm up to prepare your body for exercise.


You will then be guided through two 10-minute blocks of exercise with an interval in the middle. The main blocks of activity will be different each week, giving you a taster of different styles allowing you to try new things in a supportive environment. 


Classes are £7 PAYG or sign up to 4 for £20.

Core Stability

Core Stability: Thursdays at 18.20-18.50

 A low-impact 30-minute class designed to strengthen your core and back muscles. This class will help improve your posture, ease lower back discomfort, and encourage you to use core strength in your everyday lives. Exercises can include planks, bridges, and oblique twists. £4 PAYG or sign up to monthly classes.

Buggy Bootcamp

Buggy Bootcamp: Fridays at 9.30-10.30

  

A sociable, outdoor bootcamp for parents, babies and/or toddlers. Engage in some gentle exercise with your little ones. 


Don’t worry if you need to feed, change, or just give your little ones a cuddle – we all understand and support each other. 


Exercises can include bodyweight squats, lunges and a focus on increasing core strength post-pregnancy. £6 PAYG.

Outdoor Fitness

Outdoor Fitness: Saturdays at 9.15-10.00

  

A 45-minute varied outdoor exercise class. Some weeks we focus on outdoor circuit training with equipment and other weeks we focus on bodyweight strength.


Rain or shine, we’ll be there! All abilities welcome. Exercises can include, sandbag squats, battle ropes and kettlebell lunges. £7 PAYG or sign up to monthly classes.

How to book.

Booking classes has never been easier!

Classes are booked via the GymCatch app. Download the app and it will ask you to follow a fitness provider, simply write 'St Hilaire Fitness & Nutrition' and you will see our upcoming classes available.


Classes can be booked 7 days in advance and as close to 30-minutes before the class starts. No payment details or personal information is taken via the app. 


If you are attending your first class, you will still need to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire prior to attending your session so please email if you are interested in trying any classes.
