No fad diets or quick fixes – weight loss is gradual but long-term!
You will have short-term goals to focus on each week followed by a weekly zoom call with your nutrition advisor. This will include analysis of your food diary, personalised meal planning and exercise advice. Once the 12-weeks are complete, you can continue to check-in with your nutrition advisor as often as you like to stay on track.

I started my 12 week nutrition journey with Lauren in Jan 2022. After years of having a bad relationship with food and weighing daily, I reached out to Lauren to see how I could lose weight and overall have a healthier diet. During the 12 weeks we had weekly check ins looking at my food diary, water intake and overall fitness levels. I was encouraged to only take measurements at certain weeks, to stop being focused on the scales/a number. I cannot recommend and thank Lauren enough, she has completely changed my mindset on food and helped me overcome my bad relationship with weighing scales!! With Lauren's nutritional support and guidance I managed to lose 5kg, but also gain so much more confidence within myself! Throughout the process Lauren was so supportive, she was always available whenever I needed a chat or help. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel extremely comfortable from the get go! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole journey and would recommend her to everyone, she is incredibly amazing!
