12-week health and nutrition programme designed to help you focus on balanced eating to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
No fad diets or quick fixes – weight loss is gradual but long-term!
You will have short-term goals to focus on each week followed by a weekly zoom call with your nutrition advisor. This will include analysis of your food diary, personalised meal planning and exercise advice. Once the 12-weeks are complete, you can continue to check-in with your nutrition advisor as often as you like to stay on track.
